bobcatmoran"w00t" is Merriam-Webster's Word of the Year for 2007. And, yes, they spell it with the zeroes.
I personally like "blamestorm" (gathering around in a group to discuss why a deadline was missed or a project failed and who is to blame or responsible) better.
