If you happen to be working on some creative writing project, fanfiction or NaNoWriMo or what have you, post exactly one sentence/paragraph/whatever from each of your current work(s) in progress in your journal. It should probably be your favorite or most intriguing sentence so far, but what you choose is entirely your discretion. Mention the title (and genre) if you like, but don't mention anything else -- this is merely to whet the general appetite for your forthcoming work(s).
"That's because it's a dumb name," Roll said, with the tone of someone who's had this arguement several times before.
"Is not," Rock protested.
"Is too."
"Is not."
"Is too."
"Is not."
"Is too."
"Blues, tell Roll that Bebop isn't a dumb name."
"Rock, you can't name the robot 'Bebop.' It'll have issues when it gets older."

"I'll go get Enzan," Netto said. "Hey, Enzan!" he yelled.
"What?"
"We got into your PC, but Rockman doesn't have access privleges to get the file!" Netto shouted across the room.
Walking over to Dr. Hikari's PC, Enzan said, "I don't suppose you could have actually come over and talked to me in a normal tone of voice."
"It worked, didn't it?" Netto grinned.

Besides, Enzan-sama says that friendship makes you weak. If it makes you weak, though, then why is Rockman so strong?

Reese then followed his friend's gaze across the room to where a reploid with impossibly long blond hair, wearing red armor, was sitting and leafing through a magazine.
"Isn't she gorgeous?" Kaita asked.

The door was jerked open by a very crabby looking reploid, wearing red armor and with the longest hair X had ever seen. "What?" the reploid snapped.
"Erm," X began, eyeing the reploid's glowing, fully charged arm cannon cautiously. "Um, is this the place for the 10th Unit induction?"
"No. Now beat it, kid." The door slammed in X's face, and he heard the red-armored reploid mutter some very colorful phrases regarding lost rookies before the combat noises resumed.
