I made your recipe for Chicken Piccata, expecting it to be kind of fussy compared to my usual fare, but delicious. Instead, it was kind of fussy compared to my usual fare, and tastes like a chicken-textured lemon. I don't even know why I put garlic and capers in the sauce, because I can't taste them anywhere. And because the sauce oozed all over my plate, my rice and veggies tasted like rice-textured and pea-textured lemon, too. Don't get me wrong, I like lemony things, but I don't want my entire meal to taste like straight lemon juice.
