In which I abuse the word "awesome"

I bought the awesomest shoes in the world tonight. They're Converse All-Star high tops, and they are turquoise, lime green, and fuzzy. And they were only $14. I can't wear them to work (which part of me says is stupid because people who sell shoes should be allowed to wear awesome shoes), which cuts into the awesomeness a bit, but only a very little bit, for these shoes are so awesome that there is very little that can diminish their level of awesome.
