Musical apartments
Jul. 12th, 2005 08:57 pmWell, the ISU seasonals are moving out. Guess what that means? It's time for Musical Apartments, everyone's favorite game! What's going to happen is that three people are leaving for good, two people are moving from the apartments to the house, one person is moving from the house to the apartments, one person is moving from a trailer out in the boonies to the house, and the remaining people in the apartments are going to be redistributed so that only two people have to room together. Meanwhile, the house, where I'm living, is going to go from two gals and one guy to five gals and no guys.
The vague logic behind all this shuffling? Well, one of the seasonals, who's staying until the end of the summer, was supposed to live in the house, but his school won't let him live in a co-ed situation. So he moved in with someone who wasn't supposed to have a roomate. This shuffling will let the person who wasn't supposed to have a roomate get his apartment to himself again, and satisfy the requirements of the two people who can't live in co-ed situations (there's a gal from the no co-eds school here as well). I think like half the seasonal workers who are living at the park are going to be moving from one place in the park to another tomorrow. Nuts, I tell you.
