I was able to get the "Bicentennial Man" soundtrack for cheap. It's very pretty — James Horner is a very good composer, but boy, is this ever derivative. There's phrases that are note-identical to themes from his soundtracks for "A Beautiful Mind" and "Braveheart." I think I might have heard some "An American Tail" and "Casper" in there, too.
